Cllr A Harrison declared an interest in allotments.

52/26. Annual Governance and Accountability Return
- To review the internal audit and agree any actions
A draft copy has been received notifying that more information is required before it can be completed.It was resolved submit the AGAR without.
- To approve the Annual Governance Statement for year ending 31st March 2026
It was RESOLVED by all to approve the annual governance statement.
- To approve the Financial Statement for the year ending 31st March 2026
It was RESOLVED by all to approve the financial statement.
- To approve the Certificate of Exemption for the year ending 31st March 2026
It was RESOLVED by all to approve the certificate of exemption.
- To approve the dates of elector’s rights to be exercised
It was resolved that the dates of elector’s rights were 22 June 2026 until 31 July 2026
