Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to the Meeting of Wildmore Parish Council to be held on Monday 15th May 2023 at 7.30pm.  The meeting will be held in New York Lecture Hall.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may make short statements to the Council.

 

A maximum further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports from elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.

 

The following business will be transacted.

  1. Signing of Declarations of Acceptance of Office by new Councillors
  2. Election of Chairman
  3. Signature of Declaration of Acceptance of Office Form by Newly Elected Chairman
  4. Welcome by Chairman
  5. To receive and approve apologies for absence
  6. To receive declarations of interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct related to business on the agenda  and to consider any dispensations (Members should disclose any interests in the business to be discussed and are reminded that the disclosure of a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest will require that the member withdraws from the meeting room during the transaction of that item of business)
  7. To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 13th March 2023 for signature.
  8. To note any matters arising from the minutes not included on this agenda for report only

  10. Signature of Declaration of Acceptance of Office Form by Newly Elected Vice-Chairman
  11. Election of Personnel Committee
  12. To receive the Internal Auditor’s report for consideration and to approve necessary actions

  16. To receive and approve Insurance proposal 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2024
