You are hereby summoned to the Annual Meeting of Wildmore Parish Council to be held on Monday 9th May 2022 at 7.30pm or immediately after the Parish Meeting concludes. The meeting will be held in New York Lecture Hall.
The following business will be transacted.
- Election of Chairman
- Signature of Declaration of Acceptance of Office Form by newly elected Chairman
- Welcome by Chairman
- To receive and approve apologies for absence
- To receive declarations of interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct related to business on the agenda and to consider any dispensations (Members should disclose any interests in the business to be discussed and are reminded that the disclosure of a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest will require that the member withdraws from the meeting room during the transaction of that item of business).
- To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 14th March 2022 for signature.
- To note any matters arising from the minutes not included on this agenda for report only.
- Election of Vice-Chairman
- Signature of Declaration of Acceptance of Office Form by newly elected Vice-Chairman

- To receive the Internal Auditor’s report for consideration and to approve necessary actions
