Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to the Annual Meeting of Wildmore Parish Council to be held on Monday 11th July 2022 at 7.30pm.  The meeting will be held in New York Lecture Hall.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may make short statements to the Council.

 

A maximum further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports from elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.

 

The following business will be transacted.

  1. Welcome by Chairman
  2. To receive and approve apologies for absence
  3. To receive declarations of interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct related to business on the agenda  and to consider any dispensations (Members should disclose any interests in the business to be discussed and are reminded that the disclosure of a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest will require that the member withdraws from the meeting room during the transaction of that item of business).
  4. To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 9th May 2022 for signature.
  5. To note any matters arising from the minutes not included on this agenda for report only.
  6. To receive and note the draft minutes from the Annual Parish Meeting 2022.
  7. Personnel Committee – Reports and items to consider.
  8. To consider and approve a Community Speedwatch Scheme for New York.
  9. To consider the options for Community Broadband
  10. Financial Update and Authorisation of Payments
