Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to the Meeting of Wildmore Parish Council to be held on Monday 10th July 2023 at 7.30pm.  The meeting will be held in New York Lecture Hall.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may make short statements to the Council.

 

A maximum further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports from elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.

 

The following business will be transacted.

  1. Welcome by Chairman
  2. To receive and approve apologies for absence
  3. To receive declarations of interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct related to business on the agenda  and to consider any dispensations (Members should disclose any interests in the business to be discussed and are reminded that the disclosure of a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest will require that the member withdraws from the meeting room during the transaction of that item of business)
  4. To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 15th May 2023 for signature.
  5. To note any matters arising from the minutes not included on this agenda for report only
  6. To consider compliance with the Transparency Code
  7. To consider supporting the maintenance of the flag pole
  8. To discuss and consider a grant to the Village Hall towards installing a dropped kerb
  9. To consider and approve any updated policies
  10. Financial Update and Authorisation of Payments – Payments to be approved; A Jackson – Grass Cutting, Woodco – Printer Ink, HMRC and A Appleyard – Staff Costs, Tumby Estate – Drainage Rates, Witham Fourth – Drainage Rates
  11. To consider next steps for the Community Speedwatch scheme and Speed Indicator Device
  12. To note items of correspondence for information and decide on items for future action, including LALC E-News, Police Newsletters, LALC Training Bulletin, LALC Summer Conference.
  13. Planning – To comment on and receive updates on outstanding planning applications
